Shipping Policy
We ship our products Monday through Friday. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Alcohol Shipping Regulations
Domestic Shipping: We ship to all states where alcohol delivery is legally permitted. Due to state regulations, we may not be able to ship alcohol to certain states. Please check our website for the latest list of eligible shipping locations.
Age Verification: You must be 21 years of age or older to order alcoholic beverages. An adult signature and ID verification are required at delivery.
Non-Alcoholic Merchandise
Non-alcoholic items such as apparel, glassware, and accessories are shipped nationwide without
legal restrictions.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery location. Shipping promotions and discounts may apply to non-alcoholic merchandise and will be noted on the website.
Return Policy
Alcoholic Products
Due to legal restrictions, we are unable to accept returns of alcoholic products unless the product is defective or was damaged during shipping.
Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective alcoholic product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery to arrange for a replacement or refund.
Non-Alcoholic Merchandise
Non-alcoholic items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in new and unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Return Process: To initiate a return for non-alcoholic merchandise, please contact our customer service to obtain a return authorization and return instructions.
Fresh Cocktail Mixers
Due to the fresh nature of this product, it is not eligible for returns.
Refunds
Refunds for eligible returns of non-alcoholic merchandise will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned items have been received and inspected.
For defective or damaged alcoholic products, a replacement or refund will be offered, and no return shipment will be necessary.
Exchanges
For non-alcoholic merchandise, exchanges can be arranged by contacting customer service. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
