Dum Rum
Dum Rum is a lighter, playful rum, designed to be versatile and easy-drinking, suitable for casual occasions and perfect for mixed drinks.
Dum Rum is great in mixed drinks and can also be enjoyed neat or on the rocks for a pure taste of its playful, unpretentious character.
Noble Pursuit Rum
Noble Pursuit Rum offers a sophisticated and rich taste with notes of vanilla, oak, and a hint of spice, making it ideal for sipping slowly and savoring.
It is aged in selected oak barrels that enhance its smoothness and impart complex flavors, reflecting our commitment to traditional aging processes.
Aging Processes
All of our aged rum is aged in used American oak barrels that have previously aged Bourbon. Used barrels impart a depth and a range of vanilla and caramel notes to our rums that would be overpowered by new first used barrels.
The aging period varies by product. For example, Noble Pursuit is aged longer to develop its rich, complex profile. Specific details on aging are available on our product labels and website.

Yes, you can purchase our rums and merchandise directly from our website with shipping options to locations where alcohol delivery is legally permitted.
Shipping and Returns
Currently, we only ship within the United States to states where alcohol delivery is allowed by law.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on alcohol unless the product is defective. For merchandise and non-alcoholic products, returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

The tasting room is first come, first serve. However, if you have a large group please reach out to us and we will work to accommodate your visit.
About Distillery Tours
Our tour and tasting experience typically lasts between 30 to 45 minutes.
Children are welcome on the tour, but only individuals of legal drinking age can participate in rum tastings.
