For two nights only, we’re opening up the space by the still for an intimate, hands-on session where you’ll taste what could be next.

What to Expect:

• A curated cocktail exprience 4 brand-new cocktails crafted by Ciarán
• Your own Insider Scoring Card to rate, critique, and help shape future menu favorites
• Lite bites to keep you fueled while you sip
• A guided distillery tour to close out the session
